Mobile Application Data
Our mobile applications may request access to certain device features. We only access these features with your explicit permission and only for the purposes described below.
Camera
Our field sales applications use your device camera to capture photos during account visits, such as shelf photos and merchandising displays. Photos are uploaded to our servers to associate with visit records. Camera access is only used when you actively take a photo within the app.
Location
Our field sales applications use your location to verify that you are physically present at a retail account when logging visits. Location data is collected only while the app is in use (not in the background) and is transmitted to our servers as part of visit records.
Photo Library
Our applications may request access to your photo library so you can attach existing images, such as screenshots when sending feedback. We do not access or scan your photo library beyond the specific images you select.
Secure Storage
Authentication tokens are stored securely using the iOS Keychain. We do not store passwords or credentials on your device. Tokens are encrypted by the operating system and are not accessible to other applications.
Data NOT Collected by Mobile Applications
- We do not access your contacts or address book
- We do not access your calendar
- We do not collect background location data
- We do not use device microphone or audio recording
- We do not use device advertising identifiers for tracking

When you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless retention is required by law. OAuth tokens are deleted immediately upon disconnecting a linked account. Mobile app data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the application.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
